1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of leosmidhammar.com, also reachable at leosmidhammar.se and leosmidhammar.eu (the "Site"), and to purchases made through it. The Site presents the photography of Leo Smidhammar and is operated by Adleo Invest AB ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Copyright
All photographs, images and texts on the Site are protected by copyright and belong to Leo Smidhammar unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, publish, distribute or create derivative works from them without prior written permission. Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical print, not the right to reproduce the image.
4. Orders and payment
Prints are ordered through our Shopify checkout. When you go to checkout, you leave the Site and complete your order and payment on Shopify's secure checkout page, where prices, taxes and shipping costs are shown before you confirm. The purchase agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email.
All prints are produced to order once you have placed your order — we keep no stock — so delivery takes somewhat longer than for items shipped from a warehouse.
We describe our prints and show the images as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
5. Right of withdrawal
Every print is produced individually after you order, based on your choice of motif, size, material, frame, mounting and finish. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, chapter 2, section 11), the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to prints, and an order cannot be cancelled or returned once it has been placed. This is stated on the product page before you order.
If you are unsure about a size or finish, feel free to contact us before you order. Your right to complain about defects and transport damage (section 6) is not affected.
6. Complaints
If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photos of both the print and the packaging. If the package is visibly damaged on delivery, please also point this out to the carrier. This helps us resolve the matter quickly and does not limit your statutory rights. As a consumer, you have a statutory right to complain about defects for three years from delivery under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its normal operation.
8. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services — including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (content and images) and Shopify (checkout and payments) — that operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Site.
9. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can, as a consumer, turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se) or a Swedish court. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
